You obviously play this, Wheely. Is there a good player base? Are there clubs? How good is it?

Hope you can let us know as I am thinking of buying it, as are possibly a few others.

Hope all is well with you mate, and please keep in touch more often

It is still a very small simulator, but it keep on growing.

To me is the graphics very good, physics and ffb is the best I ever tested.

There are very few clubs racing this, some fun races at R-D and a club versus club races R-D-SRE, SRE also having a F1 classic league.

The game only costs like a car and a track in iRacing.

Here you have one more circuit

You will not regret it Ken.

I forgot the mention about the Brazil tracks, after driving them do I understand why Brazil always comes up with new great F1 drivers, all the circuits in the game are very good, some are very tricky, but you always can get a nice flow on them, personally do I rank them much higher then the Aussie ones Cool0044

Had been very nice to meet ya online some day :)

Been looking about buying it online, but things are happening in May and I think I will wait until end of May as new version/upgrades are coming in this month apparently! I may be wrong. If I am then I will get it now but something in my head says wait until end of month! freak2

Is there anyone else in Flatout who may buy GSC? It is £19.60 or something close. Not a huge amount of money for something so good and looking more versatile than first thought! Happy3 Happy3

I tried this and am not sure what the fuss is about. It's a gMotor 2 game so it felt, in essence, rFactor with a polished mod on top.

It's very hard to recommend something like a game tbh everyone has his or her own taste , I liked it a lot but not enough to buy it to only play on my own , running it as a stand alone series would be a whole new ball game for me.

Dude, try it out yourself. If you download it, you get 30mins free. You may like it. As Pat says, it's all personal taste. :)

I am thinking a bit like Dave. I would probably buy it. But as Dave says: No good on your own.

Mind you, if a few FO peeps got it, we could have a Friday session, or a Monday session???

With all these darn alphas and pre-betas and testing crap out there, I have been thinking of actually buying another game/sim.

Basically, no-one, it seems wants to have a race or small series of funs in GTR2, which is still damn good.
Also Race 07/GTREvo is also on the non play list.

So, instead of sticking with rFactor all the time, and fed up with non-finished products, there are 2 out there apart from iRacing.
These are Game Stock Car coming in at £19 and NKPro at £11.95

I am going ahead with NKPro anyway, especially as the price is right.

Is there anyone else prepared to race either GSC or NKP and if so, would the admins be happy with this.

Its just that during the week, FO seems so quiet, I would rather race something else for a change here, than say RD or RacetoPlay.

Any takers?? Z1 :driving:

How annoying, I just did a big reply and it vanished !!

I will try and reload NKP, I had it on my old OS and loved it.

Will let you know how I get on.
